** This is the actual memory available to your long-running processes (for instance, your Rails or Django processes). Unlike on a VPS, the memory used by the operating system, the main web server and the database servers doesn't count towards your memory usage
*** You can buy up to 512MB of memory per account per machine, up to 4 dedicated IP addresses per account per machine and up to 200GB of diskspace per account per machine. If you reach these limits on a machine you can either buy more plans on other machines or you can upgrade to one of our managed dedicated servers.
**** A small number of payments get flagged for manual fraud checks. In that case the 1h starts once the payment has cleared the checks. If for some reason we cannot activate the account within 1h then the first month is free.
